Greasy Joan kicks off its twelfth season and celebrates Halloween with a one-night only set of famous ghost stories performed by company members surrounded by a spooky collection of new works by artist and graphic designer Sarah Stec called “Fog in Trees.” Among the stories that will be acted out are Mark Twain’s “A Ghost Story, ” Oscar Wilde’s “The Canterville Ghost” and Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Tell-Tale Heart,” directed by Cecilie D. Keenan. A raffle, fishbowl, wine and appetizers are included in the ticket price. (Dennis Polkow)
